January 2 - The Manitou Dwellings
Today I visited the Manitou Springs Dwellings for the first time.
Loaded with the heavy tripod, camera backpack and camera hanging on my neck, I had the goal of being selective and not overshoot.
There was not many people visiting because it was cold and windy, and to my surprise, it started to snow as soon as I arrived there.
Lots of people left and I had a good hour or so exploring the area.
While it was not as pretty as I had in mind, I left with a good idea of how people lived there long time ago and I accomplished my mission of not taking too many images. I ended with 9 images that I really like. This is my favorite.
ISO 400
Shutter speed: 1/8 (on tripod)
Aperture: f/11
